Hotel VIDA Chamuiñas

There’s plenty of room to relax here, especially outside on the big sunny terrace, and there’s a seasonal pool too. The hotel is quiet and rural, near Sanxenxo, so it works well for reaching the coast and the local taverns (furanchos). Our room was spacious and clean, the shared areas were pleasant, and breakfast had lots of variety. Highly recommended.

I wish our work trip had allowed us to stay longer. Even in just one night, we found a peaceful, welcoming place surrounded by beautiful nature, and it was hard to switch off from the surroundings. The staff were consistently kind and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh, high-quality products. I also noticed several guests had brought their dogs, which is something I appreciate these days. We’ll definitely come back for a more relaxed visit.

Service was good, and we slept well, perhaps because it was off-season and there were hardly any guests. The bathroom, though, was old, and ours was dirty, with hair and a floor that hadn't been swept. Breakfast was just okay.

I wouldn't recommend dealing with these people. I booked ahead through Booking.com at a fairly reasonable price for my dates, then they contacted me and asked me to cancel, saying they were closed for vacation. But when I checked, the dates were still available on Booking.com and other platforms, at twice what I'd originally booked for. Real scammers!!!
