We stayed for 5 days as 3 people and would give it 10 out of 10. The apartments are lovely and so close to town that we didn't need the car. They left us coffee and sobaos, a type of Spanish cake, and the bed linens were clean. You can set the bathroom floor heating to the temperature you want. I'd definitely return.

La Encina was spacious, quiet, and right across from the castle, with supermarkets only 3 minutes away. We went in midwinter hoping for snow, and the underfloor heating kept the apartment warm the whole time. Everything was new and impeccably clean. There wasn't much toilet paper, though we didn't ask for more. We also appreciated that they knew Joaquín, the owner of the grill restaurant, and booked us a table since it's always packed and the food is amazing. Thanks for everything, Eduardo, and your parents. We'd definitely come back. The place is full of storks.

The owner was lovely and always attentive, even suggesting some nice routes to take in the village's scenery and natural beauty. The apartments are really comfortable, with beautiful views, a lovely terrace, and everything you need to enjoy Buitrago. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it 100%.

We were looked after wonderfully by the host, who made sure we had what we needed. The house was beautiful and nicely decorated, and the kitchen had all the utensils. We stayed in January 2021 and everything was lovely. We'd absolutely recommend it and plan to return next time we're in Buitrago.

Eduardo was really friendly, and the apartments were clean and well cared for. We slept wonderfully during our weekend stay, with fantastic views of Buitrago's city walls and old bridge. Definitely recommend it!
