The deposit came back the next day, and there was no hassle over the microwave. One had stopped working, but Luis was great about it and brought a replacement the following day. He was always ready to help. We had 27 of us for Easter week, 11 kids and 16 adults, and the house worked really well for a group that size. The bedrooms are roomy and each has its own bathroom, while the living and dining rooms fit everyone comfortably. The industrial-style kitchen made cooking for so many people much easier. We also liked the bar area, especially the drink coolers and foosball table. It rained on most days, but we didn't spot any leaks. The garden and BBQ space is large, with two grills. It was cold outside, yet the house stayed warm the whole time, which the kids especially appreciated. The location suited us too, about 15 minutes from Soria and 35 minutes from Valdelavilla, the town featured in the TV series "El Pueblo". The one thing I'd improve is the kitchen extractor, which felt a little weak. We'd happily recommend the place and are already thinking of coming back.

The drinks were easy to keep cold, with coolers in the bar inside the house, and there was a commercial kitchen too. We were a group of 27, 16 adults and 11 children aged from 5 years down to 3 months. The restaurant had enough room for all of us to sit and eat together, and we had a great time.

The bedrooms felt modern and cozy, and the heating was so effective we had to switch it off. It was around 7 degrees Celsius outside. We were there the first weekend in November, 18 adults and 8 little kids, and had a lovely time. There are several rooms and plenty of space, which came in handy with such awful weather since we couldn't get out much. The only small suggestion for the owners is to add a few more kitchen utensils. Everything else was perfect.

The house itself is spacious, and its rooms are lovely and well suited to a large group. We went for a weekend a few months ago, a group of friends with children. But we're still very upset about how things were handled afterward. We'd paid a considerable amount for the house, and after months of asking for our deposit back, we were sent a receipt for exactly €150 to replace a mirror. The mirror broke when a door slammed shut during a power surge, while there were rain and snowstorms that weekend. The glass wasn't remotely worth the whole deposit. The house also had leaks in some rooms and living areas because of the rain, but we didn't raise that, or complain about appliances that weren't working. As customers, we kept quiet about those problems. This decision feels badly judged, and we'll tell everyone we recommended the house to about our experience.
