10/10
The staff were really wonderful, and the restaurant was good with fair prices. For the price, it's a very good deal. The buffet breakfast is generous, though I'd have liked more protein options. The rooms are comfortable and look like they've all been renovated. It's an excellent hotel that deserves more stars. My only complaints are that it's not wheelchair accessible and there's no air conditioning. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Palacio de Cristal and can highly recommend it. The room and bathroom were nice and very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful. It's definitely more than a two-star hotel.

The room was good quality, and the Galician food was amazing. The octopus was great, the veal excellent, and the fish amazing.
