I had a nice, clean suite on the 11th floor, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good too. The air conditioning was off, though, so the room got very hot. There was also occasional noise from machines on the roof, and I needed earplugs to sleep. Underground parking costs 12 € per day on level -3, which may be difficult to drive into if you’re inexperienced.

The first impression was awful. The young man at reception was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful when we arrived. The rooms were in very poor shape for this price, old, uncomfortable, and badly maintained. Breakfast was disappointing too, with very few choices and low quality food. I honestly don't understand how they can charge so much for such bad service. Definitely not worth the money.

The place was beat up, and the bed was hard. There were no cups in the bathroom, and the towels came in bags with a note asking guests to use them sparingly. It was hard to get the room temperature right. I don't recommend it.

This B&B Hotel was quite different from the ones I'm used to. Since it’s only recently opened, I assume it’ll improve. A microwave in the dining area would be a treat, not everyone can live on pot noodles 😉.

The room vibrated from what seemed to be a generator or compressor, making sleep impossible. Reception said they didn't know about it and gave me a key to another room, but I opened the door and shut it right away because of the nauseating smell. The place was outdated and poorly kept, with dusty rooms and dirty windows. The receptionists seemed not to care about anything.
