The rooms are bright, with great bathrooms and comfortable beds, and there's a nice little cafe. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was adequate, though not great. Handy for the ferry, and the cut-price petrol station opposite was cheaper than the UK, so I filled up there.

We had a really good stay, despite the bad Google reviews I’d seen. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was spacious, with an area for kids. The food was great. Our double room was cosy and bright, with big windows, white decor and one textured beige wall. It was spacious, as was the bathroom, with a big double bed, walk-in shower, large sink and mirror. The hotel is in a good location, 4km from the beautiful town of Burgos. I’d love my place to look like this 🥰

The room was noisy, and the sheets were dirty. They obviously hadn't changed the bed. Gross.

We loved the restaurant. The hotel was nice and clean too.

Breakfast had just four options: rock-hard bacon, a tasteless omelette, melon and muffins. While I was eating, staff were shouting to each other, which didn't help. The hotel is in an industrial complex, with horrible views from the rooms. The staff were among the worst I've dealt with, slow and rude. I'd never book here again.
