Getting to Pamplona was easy, with the bus stop close by. The ride takes about 10 minutes and costs €1.45 each way per person. We could unload and load right in front of reception, and our motorbikes were parked securely across the street. The room was compact, but had a big bed with an excellent mattress and a balcony area. The air conditioning worked well, and every receptionist was excellent. We paid a very good price for two nights. Thank you.

We were driving from Belgium to Malaga and decided at the last minute to spend a night in Pamplona. This hotel turned out to be a great find. Everything was amazing, especially for such a low price.

The room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed, including air conditioning, though the interior could use a cosmetic update. Reception replied to emails promptly, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also changed my reservation without any hassle.

The room was spotless, tidy and comfortable, with a large, cosy bed, fluffy new towels, and hot water with strong pressure. Izzy, who looks after the rooms, was so friendly and kind, and does an amazing job. After a brutal day's walk on the Camino, this was such a welcoming place to stay. A special thank you to Maria, Alfonso and Anna for going above and beyond during my two days here. Anna pointed me to some lovely, good-value places to eat nearby, and she was spot on. Maria and Alfonso were especially kind in booking some accommodation ahead for me, and very understanding of how unconfident I was about trying to speak Spanish. I recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again.

I stayed here on a bike tour. The indoor parking was secure, and the staff were super helpful. Rooms are basic, but very clean and comfortable. It was noisy at night, though I slept well. Pleasant stay, recommended.
