La Fuente de Pavia

The owner was incredibly helpful, and the house had everything we needed for our five-day stay. We loved it and would definitely come back if we get the chance.

The village is little and pretty, with a peaceful feel and nature trails nearby for walks. At La Fuente de Pavía, our group of six and two dogs found a spotless, well-equipped home, with plenty of firewood for both the fireplace and barbecue. It was warm, cozy, and comfortable. Isabel was kind, punctual, and helpful throughout. A lovely place to slow down and enjoy rural tourism. Highly recommended.

Turegano is only five minutes away, and there’s plenty to find there. We especially liked the meat from Avelino's butcher shop. You can order suckling pig, lamb, or chicken for roasting at the bakery across the street on weekends. La Tahona has all sorts of bread, pastries, and cakes, and there’s also a fish and fruit market with good produce, plus a Udaco restaurant. Saturdays bring a market with very good fruit and vegetables. We’ve stayed in several of Isabel’s houses, and this one is just as good as the others. It’s fully equipped, even the kitchen, with a dishwasher, washing machine, and all the utensils you need. The bedrooms are very spacious, each has a bathroom and towels, and the house stays cool. We took the fountain route with the kids, an easy and pretty walk. Isabel, her husband, and their daughters are wonderful hosts. We’re looking forward to coming back.

The owner was so helpful, sharing all the details we needed about the area and how to order a barbecue in the village. We came as two couples with our children and had a wonderful weekend. The house is fantastic and fully equipped, with everything we could need. We’d happily return. Highly recommended.
