The only issue came when we had to rush off to dinner. We showered in all three bathrooms, but there wasn't enough hot water for everyone, so we had to use cold water. Otherwise, it's a lovely, well-equipped house with spacious, comfortable rooms, ideal for a family weekend or holiday.

We'd love to return to this wonderful rural house. It's cozy, bright, spacious, and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The homemade cake is already missed, and the breakfasts and meals were exquisite. Cabrejas del Pinar is charming, with endless hiking and nature spots nearby: Picos de Urbión, Laguna Negra, La Fuentona, Castroviejo, Cañon de Río Lobos, and Playa Pita. There are also so many towns worth seeing, including Calatañazor, Peñaranda de Duero, San Leonardo de Yagüe, Berlanga de Duero, Burgo de Osma, San Esteban de Gormaz, La Vid, Santo Domingo de Silos, and Soria, with its Numancia ruins. It's worth leaving the highways behind and taking the winding roads through the villages, past all those colorful fields, small settlements, chapels, and churches. The Duero River is close by too, a border for centuries between the Christian kingdoms in the north and the Arabs in the south. Thanks for everything!

We were three couples with six kids and had a wonderful time, highly recommend it. The house itself was beautiful and cozy, and the owner was really friendly and attentive.
