I spent the school year studying in Cáceres and living at this residence. Everything was consistently spotless, including the bathrooms, and the residents got along well. It's right in the center, close to bus stops, the library, pharmacies, supermarkets, and plenty more. The rooms have air conditioning and good lighting, and there's Wi-Fi and comfortable armchairs. The food is homemade and made fresh each day. Thanks for everything, Cristina.

A well-kept, clean place with rooms that have what you need. The home-cooked food is good, and public transport and other amenities are close by. It's right in central Cáceres and works especially well for students. I'd recommend it.

Right in the center of Cáceres, this student residence is just two minutes from the bus stop for the university, medical center, library, and more. There's Wi-Fi, a lounge with armchairs and a TV, and home-cooked meals. A comfortable place for your child to study, with their needs taken care of.

The food was a real problem for me. It was oversalted and poor, just one main course and dessert, so if you came back hungry from work, tough luck. Some days they didn't cook at all and gave us a week's worth of lunch that looked bad and smelled off. Dinner was leftovers from the day before. They still charged €8 for lunch and dinner, even though the food was awful. The rooms were just as bad: no air conditioning, and some had a cheap fan that barely did anything. The old beds shifted around, and the spring mattress felt like it was digging into my skin. I had to go this year more out of obligation than choice, and they charged me for a whole month even though I only stayed two weeks. I'm never going back. This place is a rip-off, and anyone reading this should avoid getting caught out too.

I stayed here during a short visit to Cáceres. The location is a real plus, less than five minutes from Plaza Mayor and the historic center. It's a simple, welcoming guesthouse, apparently popular with university students and some pilgrims walking the Silver Route toward Santiago de Compostela. There are single and double rooms with shared bathrooms. I was on the top, third floor, under sloping ceilings. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise, very modern and with a huge shower. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available with advance notice, though they aren't included in the room price.
