We were very unhappy with the service. The place felt neglected, there was a lot of damp, and it was barely clean. The mattress was the worst part, sagging badly in the middle. The toaster started smoking when switched on, and the freezer drawers were completely frozen shut and unusable. We were also told we could leave our bags before and after the stay, but there’s no luggage storage at all.
