I had to spend all three booked nights in a miserable room because I had no other option, and I would never book this place again. The room was full of heavy cigarette smoke from the moment I entered. I left the door open for hours, hoping it would clear, but the smell only got worse and gave me a headache. At reception, a staff member said she'd speak to the manager, then came back to say there were no other rooms. There was no apology, offer of help, or way to make the stay more bearable. Turning on the air conditioner made the smell stronger, so I had to switch it off and endure the heat. They didn't offer anything extra or even a small gesture to make up for it. I absolutely don't recommend this place.

The room was good, with its own shower and a shared bathroom. The location was convenient, and staff communicated well and arranged a flexible check-in during their afternoon break. If you're driving, you'll need to leave the car outside the old quarter.

A lovely stay, with a great room and facilities. The owner was lovely and very helpful.

The staff were really kind and helpful, and the room was clean. It was also very cheap and right in the city center. But there was a lot of noise from the street and nearby rooms or the corridor. Our shower didn't work properly, and the shared shower had run out of hot water.

I couldn't get anyone to deal with a problem on my existing reservation in time. Email replies take 12-24 hours, and nobody answers the phone or calls back after a message. I ended up booking somewhere else, so I can't say what the place itself is like.
