The staff were helpful, and I didn't get bed bugs, but the hotel feels basic and dated and badly needs an upgrade. My room was small, and the hallway carpets were stained. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out during our three-night stay. Breakfast was nothing special, with limited options, though the coffee was good.

We got the last available room, but it wasn't worth the money, and I'd suggest avoiding the place. There was only one power socket. We couldn't use the minibar to keep anything cold because we were told it was "forbidden to use it to not contaminate". Then why have cleaning staff? The air conditioner didn't work, the window only tilted open, and the beds were really uncomfortable. The bathroom was so small I kept bumping into things getting into the shower. They could put more into room services instead of all that marble. The place could be much better. It's okay if you have no other options.

The style and location were good, but the Wi-Fi didn't work properly, the bed was noisy, and the outside window curtain banged so loudly in the wind that sleeping was impossible. The room cost €120, plus €20 a day if you needed a fridge. If a comfortable night's sleep matters, I strongly wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I could hear someone snoring through the wall, and the customer service was awful. Nobody helped with my luggage, and I nearly fell on the stairs trying to carry it myself. Breakfast cost me 9 euros for a croissant. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at while travelling abroad for work. DO NOT GO. You’ll be thoroughly disappointed.

Quiet and homely, with plenty of parking and easy access. It felt safe, and I’d happily stay here for a holiday.
