Hotel Boutique & Spa Las Mimosas Ibiza

The staff are what made Las Mimosas feel special. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we belonged there. The reception team gave us a warm, professional welcome as soon as we arrived, and we immediately felt at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is a peaceful oasis near the lively bay of San Antonio, and the pool with its luxurious sunbeds was a lovely place to unwind together. We also enjoyed delicious food and drinks from the Italian restaurant and pool bar, with a consistently lovely atmosphere. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, luxurious holiday in Ibiza. We’ll definitely return.

What a way to finish the 2025 summer season. If you don’t have party plans, this hotel is so good you could spend the whole day by the pool or in the spa area without needing to go anywhere. Thanks to Nhu and her team. See you again in 2026 for more of the same.

We used the bus stop down the hill on the main road to get into the main part of San Antonio, and it was only a short ride. Local beaches are walkable too, or you can take the ferry or water taxi across the bay. There are also local facilities and supermarkets a short walk away. Las Mimosas has a luxurious but calm, welcoming atmosphere with a Mediterranean feel. The staff were all friendly and efficient, and everything felt just right. Breakfast and the lunches we had from Mimo’s were delicious, and the ingredients seemed high quality. We’ve just come home from a great week and would definitely stay again. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a good stay.

We spent five days at Las Mimosas Ibiza with our six-month-old, and the team made travelling with a baby easy. Everyone was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Nothing felt like too much trouble. There’s a real family feeling here, with a sense of home alongside the luxury and lovely design. A big thank you to all the staff, and a big cuddle from our little one to Carla, Fer, María and Nhu. The hotel is in a peaceful, quiet area, away from the busier parts of the island, and it was a wonderful place to unwind. Every meal we had, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was delicious. The chef deserves credit for the flavorful, beautifully prepared dishes and for being so friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We left with full hearts and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for a peaceful, high-quality stay in Ibiza.
