Allsun Hotel Bahia del Este

We had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for younger people. There are shops, activities, bars and clubs close by, and the beach is just a minute’s walk away. The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were always friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the food. There was a good amount of choice, and I didn’t notice the menu repeating much. The one thing we weren’t keen on was having to rent the room safe. We’d never had to pay separately for one before, and it seemed like something that should be included when you have valuables or a lot of cash with you. It cost us €21 for the week.

The food was fantastic, and I could have seafood every day. Drinks were included and served right by the pool. It’s a shame the hotel is a bit small, with just one outdoor pool, and the sauna wasn’t working. Still, it’s in a really convenient spot by the beach, and I’d definitely recommend it for couples or families.

The beach isn’t right at the hotel, but it’s only a minute or two on foot, and the location was the best part for me. There was so much good food that you’d need three or four trips to try everything on the menu. Service and hotel facilities were great too. I absolutely loved my stay.

The all-inclusive hotel was nice and clean, though some areas felt old and due for replacement. The beds were much too soft and left my back hurting every day. We told reception, but nothing changed. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly either, which is why I’m giving it four stars instead of five.
