The food was outstanding, with plenty of choice for every dietary need, and the transfer from the airport was a nice bonus. This was our first stay at the hotel, though we'd been to Majorca before, and we were delighted from check-in to check-out. The hotel felt clean and airy, and the pool was relaxed, with space and sunbeds for everyone without a rush or crowded feeling. It's a quiet location, but still within walking distance of the beach and the bustle of Cala Millor. We'd come back and recommend it to anyone after a peaceful stay with great food. Book it, you won't regret it.

We had two rooms, and both were upgraded and quite good. The area is quiet, with an easy walk into town and to a very nice beach. The pool is large and pleasant, though too shallow, and there are plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was great, and we liked the bar and evening entertainment. In August there was plenty of street parking.

We ate well throughout the stay, with a wide choice at both breakfast and dinner. Not every dish was excellent, and while the hotel does make some effort for vegetarian guests, I think that could be improved further. Drinks, snacks, and lunch at the pool were fairly reasonably priced. The calm atmosphere stood out to me. Even in high season the pool and restaurant never seemed too crowded, and things were kept in good condition and cleaned up promptly. The staff did a great job, were happy to help, and seemed to enjoy working there. Other guests were mostly German, though there was a good mix of nationalities overall. The rooms were a bit dated, as some people have mentioned. I think the hotel may be about to renovate, but everything was fine for us. The shower temperature did jump around a bit.

We had a rough start to the trip at another hotel, so we switched to hipotel. At 3 am, Aurelio helped us so much, stored our bags, and gave us recommendations for the area. Such a sweetheart. When we checked in later, Miguel carried our bags up and explained how everything in the room worked. Everyone was really friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well kept. They even have a PILLOW MENU, which is insane. You're right near a road full of restaurants, bars, and shops, and the beach is only 100m away. Perfect location. This was the highlight of our trip, from the staff and service to the room. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
