The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious, with a nice terrace. I’d give them 9-10, though the safe didn’t work. The food and service were much poorer. Breakfast and dinner get a 2-3 from me, closer to 2: the choice was limited, the food didn’t look fresh, and the same salami and cheese appeared at breakfast and dinner. The cookies and selection get a 0. That shouldn’t happen. We stayed at the Blue Sea Calla Milor diagonally across from you before, and its food was incomparably better. Your prices are higher but the service is much worse. It’s unacceptable to pay for water when every hotel has free water, juice, coffee and other drinks. Compared with Hotel Ferrer Isabel, your food would get a clear one. Go to the Ferrer Isabel Hotel nearby to see how food should be served. We paid 188e for two nights there, far less than at your hotel. The dining room ventilation is a clear 1 too. After breakfast and dinner, our things stank and I had to wash them right away. Staff were average, while Ferrer Isabel’s staff were perfect. This is a realistic picture of your hotel. Based on all of this, I’d choose the Ferrer Isabel hotel next time, even though its location is much worse than yours.

The all-inclusive deal was varied and great value, and the location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sunbeds cost extra and get taken quickly, but there are free chairs and tables where you can have a drink or sit and read. The pool is fairly small, but we weren’t there during school holidays, so it didn’t bother us. We’ll definitely be back.

It’s a bargain for its location, just a few yards from the beach and close to bars and restaurants. The staff were polite and welcoming, though the hotel seems more geared toward German guests. If you’re all inclusive, don’t expect British food. The offering is very basic, with few snacks, and they aren’t prepared in advance unless European sandwiches are what you want. Would we return? Absolutely. The location alone makes it a great deal, and there are plenty of other places to eat nearby.

We’d been looking forward to this holiday for 3 years, damn that COVID 😀. Antonia greeted us with a big smile and was so friendly and helpful. The room was fairly small, but suited our needs, and the pool area was nice, close to the one bar. Food was the letdown. My partner is vegetarian and had only salad or pasta to choose from all week. Meat eaters had more options, but I found the same dishes were served every night. The desserts were lovely, especially the cakes 🍰. The hotel is a 30-second walk past some shops to the beach, and the main shopping street is 30 seconds the other way. Cala Millor seems to cater mostly to German tourists, and the hotel did too. That didn’t bother us, but if you want an English breakfast, you’ll have a fair old walk to find a cafe serving one. I’d stay at the Bikini Hotel again, just not on an All Inclusive basis.
