For the price, this is good value. It's one of the cheapest places in Majorca, so don't expect a 3-star standard. The staff are lovely and clearly doing their best. The rooms were clean, towels were changed every day, and the room was cleaned too. Breakfast had a nice range of food, snacks, and drinks. The main drawback is the location: clubs nearby mean music from 9pm to 3am.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: it was the same each day, but plentiful enough that we often didn't need to eat again until much later. The room was neat, clean, comfortable, and had what we needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main discomfort was the bathroom. It was clean, but water from the shower splashed everywhere and kept the floor wet, with no proper drain to get rid of it. For the price, we lacked nothing else and really enjoyed our stay. The building is quite old, though it seems to have had a little renovation recently, and the elevator was convenient. The neighborhood seemed to attract mostly German tourists. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed, sometimes a bit loud, with mostly couples and groups of friends. Shops and restaurants were nearby around what felt like the city center, as were three nice beaches, many within walking distance. It was a comfortable, budget-friendly stay.

I enjoyed staying here for a calm getaway. The city side was peaceful, though a little crowded at night without getting very loud. There are lots of shops and restaurants, and the hotel staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was fine, and the room and bathroom had the equipment we needed. The only real inconveniences were that our room didn't have a safe and the TV wouldn't connect to wifi.

A very kind, informative male receptionist welcomed us, but that was the only good part of the stay. The room smelled of cigarettes, and there was a stranger's dirty sock attached to the fire alarm. I assume someone had put it there to stop the alarm going off while smoking. There was also a neatly folded pair of women's underwear left on a shelf, hardly a welcome present. Breakfast was okay, though we had to tell staff that one of the milk containers had gone off. At least the bed was comfortable. I know you shouldn't expect much from a 1-star hotel, but I won't be coming back.
