Katherinne, the manager, was especially friendly and helpful, and made our stay unforgettable. Whenever we needed something, it was provided right away. The apartment was in a beautiful, peaceful spot for a relaxing vacation and had everything we needed, thoughtfully prepared. The rest of the team were kind, professional, and well trained too. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

We booked through booking.com, but when we arrived the reception was 400 meters away and didn't open until 16:00. A woman eventually came, but the remote key she had couldn't open the door, so we waited another half hour for someone else. At registration, I was asked to sign something on her phone in a language I couldn't understand. When I refused, she said they couldn't accept us, so I felt forced to sign. The staff member was sullen and spoke only their own language, so we relied on Google Translate. Then she demanded a credit card for the deposit, even though I'd booked through booking.com and said I shouldn't have to provide one. They wouldn't accept that, and when I asked to cancel, I couldn't get my money back. I left feeling like I'd fallen into the hands of a mafia. I've travelled to more than 50 countries and stayed in hotels or apartments thousands of times, and never experienced anything this disgraceful. Stay away. I should have guessed from the stars it received.

The location was perfect, near the beach and with plenty of shops within reach without a car. The house was clean, with enough towels, hot water, and the basic things needed for cooking.

The thin walls gave us no privacy, plumbing problems persisted, and the place felt neglected by management. On top of that, the constant stink never let up, and the fees were excessive, with charges for every little amenity. It was an expensive disappointment. Save your money and look somewhere else to live.
