For 130 euros a night, I expected more. The apartment was roomy, but the floors were dirty and we had to ask for them to be cleaned, and for two lamps to be repaired. There was a lingering smell in the bathroom, the furniture was worn and not great quality, and marks on the walls made the place feel poorly maintained. Cleaning cost another 33 euros for our two-night stay. I can understand that charge for someone staying for weeks, but on top of the nightly rate it felt outrageous. It was expensive for what it was, and I won't return.

We came back for a second year in a row, and enjoyed our stay both times. The apartment has everything you need, and the AC was especially welcome. It's very close to the beach, and the owner Svetlana (Clara) is kind, attentive, professional, and quick to respond. Updated after our second visit in 2021.

I spent a month here and had no complaints. The apartments are quiet and cozy, with the basics you need. The ones facing the beach get plenty of light; street-facing ones are a little dark, though they stay cool. There's a TV, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, and fridge, plus a bed and sofa bed.

I stayed for four months and had a good experience overall. The location is nice, and whenever little problems came up, the helpful staff tried to sort them out. The furniture was somewhat old, and the Wi-Fi sometimes failed depending on where the apartment was, but the staff's effort mattered.

A quiet, clean and comfortable stay. I'd happily come back.
