Our clients, who we work with as estate agents in this area, always really like this complex. The gardens and pools are great. The only slight downside is that some apartments don't have private parking, though there is communal off-road parking inside the complex. Gary Innovative Property
There's plenty of room between the buildings, with lots of greenery and plants. It's a really nice urbanization, and the renovated pool will be a big plus.
The condominium Bonita Hills is very well cared for, with beautifully manicured gardens and two great pools. There's loungers and a pergola for having drinks outdoors. Calahonda is a super nice area!
It's a gated community right at the top of the hill, and we absolutely love it here. You'll need a car to get around, although a few restaurants are within walking distance.
The views are great.
