You can see in the photos that the beach next to the house is currently a construction site. If you want a nice day at the beach, you’ll probably need to drive somewhere else, unless you’re happy to lie in the truck tracks with heavy vehicles passing now and then. The house itself is great, aside from a few minor details.
There are plenty of restaurants an easy walk away, and the letting agents were very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful villa, with the sea and pool right outside the back door.
