Hotel HSM Canarios Park - All Inclusive

There were plenty of activities, from archery to golf, and lots of snacks, so you won’t go hungry. The hotel was clean and well cared for, and reception service was great. I asked to change rooms because top-floor rooms make me dizzy, and they moved me straight away to a modern room without any questions. The food was delicious, though I thought the choices were limited. The room walls were thin, the water pressure and hot water weren’t good enough, and the internet was terrible for two days.

We had a great seven-day stay, and for a three-star hotel you get what you pay for. The rooms were great, drinks were good, and the service was pleasant. Staff were kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. The evening and poolside entertainment were good too. Food and drinks came in a decent range, but some dishes were low quality and not very tasty. Nothing was terrible, and I managed to eat everything despite not being a picky eater. The town was about a 20-minute walk each way, which wasn’t awful but got tedious after a couple of days. It seemed very geared toward families, which we hadn’t realized when booking, so I’d probably avoid it as a group of friends. Still, we had a great time.

It was a typical three-star family hotel. My single room was sufficient, the food varied, and the service was fine. The resort was about a 20-minute walk away, though there was a shuttle bus. It’ll do the job, but it won’t blow you away. Next time I’ll try a bigger resort, maybe Cala D'or.

The events each day were loads of fun, and the award ceremony at the end of the night was always a blast. The animation team especially were really friendly and always made your day. The food was good for an all-inclusive, not gourmet, but enjoyable. I stayed with my partner and son, and it was an amazing trip. The other guests were the only real problem at times. My family are heavy sleepers, so shouting in the middle of the night didn’t wake us, but I can imagine how infuriating it would be for people who struggle to sleep or wake easily. I know people are on holiday, but they still need to be polite and respectful. And if you’re bringing young children, please keep an eye on them. You’re still a parent, even while relaxing on holiday. One last thing, we love Stiv.
