The hotel was clean and comfortable, right across from the beach, but the warm personal service made the stay. Mr Usman and Junaid showed me the amenities, shared local recommendations, and made sure I was comfortable. Junaid at reception was especially welcoming from the moment I arrived, professional and courteous, and went out of his way to make things run smoothly. Their attention to detail really stood out. I had an incredible stay and would happily return. I hope every guest gets the chance to be welcomed by them. Highly recommended!

After four days on the road, this was just what we needed: friendly, helpful staff, a comfortable room, and good food. We’d only booked a small room for one night, but it had what we needed, including good air conditioning, a nice shower, and soft sheets. We had breakfast included, and the buffet on the sixth floor had a good variety: vegetables, scrambled and boiled eggs, toast, fruit, juice, and ham. The restaurant’s sea view was amazing, and I wish we’d had time to try the restaurant food too. Judging by breakfast, it must be good. We were on a coastal road trip and forgot to reserve parking. The receptionist kindly found us a spot, which was helpful since the city is small and its streets are narrow. They were welcoming and friendly from the start, even though we were staying just one night, and gave us tips about the hotel and beach. They also have training programs at the gym, but we got our exercise walking back from the beach. You can rent bikes there to explore the city too, if you’re fit, as it’s hilly. They greet you with a smile. I’d recommend the place and come back; I wish more people in hospitality were like them.

The sheets were dirty, and not just poorly washed, they hadn’t been washed at all. The blankets weren’t tucked into the sheets, and there were mosquitoes. The design looked like an excuse to use dirty wooden baskets. The place is apparently rated three stars, and I checked the official government website, so Spain’s Ministry of Tourism really does give it that rating to this filthy, crumbling mess. That lets our “commercially clever” tour agent, #prontotour, get away with assigning us here. Tour buses can’t access it either, so we had to walk 800 meters with our luggage.

The person at reception was so rude and couldn’t even speak Castellano. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
