Hotel Cap Roig by Brava Hoteles

Parking was chaotic, with just one access point creating major congestion. In heavy rain, our taxi couldn't get to the entrance, so we got soaked walking to the lobby. The breakfast choices were limited, particularly for vegetarians and vegans, and there was no coffee outside breakfast hours. A 0.5 L bottle of water cost €3, which felt overpriced, especially with no nearby shops. There was also a persistent fish-like smell in the common areas during the day and evening. The management repeatedly brushed off our concerns without offering solutions. The rooms had poor sound insulation, so we could hear conversations and corridor noise, and the Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable throughout the hotel. The double bed sank in the middle and was uncomfortable. Overall, the management, facilities, and value all fell short of what I'd expect from a 4-star hotel.

The staff were very professional, and a few team members were especially kind and helpful with local recommendations and guidance. The spa packages complemented the stay perfectly. I would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return soon. My room had three beautiful sea views, which made my stay feel special. The dinner and breakfast buffets had a great choice of high-quality, well-prepared food at a very reasonable price. Elegant common areas with classic touches also made the Mediterranean views even more beautiful. It feels like what you hope for when visiting this part of the world. If you like hotels with character, personality, and beautiful facilities, you'll love it.

Right on Cami de Ronda, so the location is fantastic, but the stay itself was a letdown. We were only told after paying that the spa wasn't working, and it stayed out of order for both days. Our room looked nothing like the photos and felt very dated; the hotel as a whole seems due for renovation. Dinner was the biggest disappointment, with limited choices and poor quality. The meal wasn't worth the price.

The scenery and views were stunning, but the hotel was so worn and noisy, with cheap food and terrible beds. I expected much more after seeing the photos and reviews on Booking. We had reserved two nights, but the beds were the worst we'd ever slept in, so we left after one.
