We had a horrible experience with this hotel's customer service. Our flight was moved by a day because of a time change, so we called within 30 minutes of booking to ask to cancel. We explained politely what had happened, but the employee shouted that it was our fault. We suggested ways to cancel, but there was a serious lack of empathy and hospitality. I hope we can find a solution. Update: they never got back to us. Watch out for this company!

It's our second time here and we love it. From the front desk to the rooms, we're very satisfied.

A very good hotel for a weekend or a holiday. The bed was good, the room pretty and clean, and the decor beautiful. The staff were welcoming and spoke English and French. Lovely seaside scenery, with shops and buses nearby and the beach just 100 m away. I recommend it as a great value stay.

We explained what had happened in a friendly way, but the woman at reception wouldn't help and literally shouted at me. Horrible guest service. The employees aren't friendly and the service is really bad. Don't go here.

The price-quality ratio is really good. We received good attention, and breakfast was OK for the price.
