Patio Budget Studio 11

The one real convenience is being about 100 meters from the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Parking around the apartment is impossible, though. For the price, there are far too many problems. We arrived to a very neglected clean, so had to clean everything again. The shower hose was moldy and the air conditioning filter looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. You can hear conversations and other noise from the apartment next door and from above, as if there were no soundproofing at all. The terrace pergola's reed covering was falling apart, leaving bits on the floor and table every day, which made eating outside unpleasant. The cooktop power display was broken, so its numbers couldn't be read. There was also no washing machine, despite one being listed in the ad, even though a space for it was there. At this price, the list of things needing attention is hard to get through. The amenities are mediocre and the hygiene is lacking.

The location near the coast was good, and the patio was roomy. Still, it's boxed in by buildings, so the neighbors' conversations and other sounds carry very clearly. The furniture wasn't comfortable, and the bathroom was tiny. It didn't meet my expectations.
