At first the place seemed decent, but a closer look at the room behind it changed that. The mattress was far too hard, everything looked cheap, and there was noise everywhere when we tried to sleep.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and fresh products, and reception staff were friendly and explained the services available. Our room was spotless, with a big bed and excellent quality linens, and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. We had a truly comfortable stay and would definitely come back for another getaway.

Roxana was very kind and gave us all the information we needed, including where to park, which mattered a lot. The service was excellent, and you can't beat the location, close to the beach and main streets. The loft has everything needed for up to five people; there were three of us and we were very comfortable. Since it's a converted space on the ground floor, I missed having windows for fresh air and natural light. That may matter more or less depending on how much time you spend in the room. I still highly recommend it. There are similar lofts with windows facing the street.

The price was 420 euros for two adults and two children for two days, and we chose it because the listing said parking was available. At the property we were told it was paid parking. We agreed, then tried to insist on the issue, but they ignored us. We ended up leaving the car in an open area nearby, and the parking situation was awful. The kitchen was basically a microwave that had to be plugged into either the fridge or the microwave, plus a table with Aguila beer glasses and a napkin holder like the ones Heineken gives away at our bar. The kettle was full of bugs. The bathroom sat between the inner "room" and the room by the street door. The shampoo was in half-empty supermarket bottles, and the towels were dirty and smelled damp. The sheets clearly hadn't been changed, with long brown hairs on the pillowcase. The inner room also smelled damp, and the bed looked ready to collapse. They did replace our towels when we asked, but the new ones were clean and old. Everything was quite dirty. This wasn't a budget hotel, but a "loft" that probably didn't even have a housing license. There wasn't a single window inside. The woman we spoke to by phone didn't try to help us at all.
