What bothered me most was how little they seemed to care when I raised problems. The spa wasn’t working, the rooms were dirty, and the sheets were torn. They also don’t provide the services their website describes. Other apartments had the same issues, so it wasn’t just my experience. I’ve never had such poor service or treatment. You pay your part, but they don’t deliver what they promise, and if something goes wrong, they won’t put it right. A really disappointing stay.

The balconies are huge, and the views stretch over the beach and seafront. It’s a great apartment block right on the Calp waterfront.

The apartments are showing some wear, though I still came away with a positive impression. Being right beside the promenade is a real plus, with a great view, and there are both indoor and outdoor pools.

The apartment and balcony were both tiny, and the place felt run down. Even the sun loungers looked as old as the building. Parking also came with a hidden cost. After seeing other apartments in the same block, I think the issue is Unitursa, not the Hippocampus. Avoid Unitursa.

Each apartment and owner is different. I went with Club Timora. Pick a newly remodeled apartment and you should be happy.
