Apartamentos Zafiro (1-8º-B)

Fantastic views from Zafiro building, entrance 2, and the location and building facilities are hard to beat for a few days by the beach. But the cleaning wasn't good: fine dust covered the furniture, and the place was a dirty mess with no sponge or anything. Bring everything you need, even toilet paper.

We spent six days there in October, in a very quiet area with views of the nearby beach and Peñón de Ifach. The location was superb and everything else was excellent, with good value for money. If we come back to Calpe, we'll definitely stay here again.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and Mount Ifach is reasonably close. The modern complex sits right on the promenade beside Playa de la Fossa. We booked through Mercasa and had a convenient two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a terrace, elevators, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV. It also had electronic access control and CCTV.

Apartment 4-12C was a bit old, but very nice, and the value for money was the best part. We booked four nights with Unitursa. We had wanted a ceramic hob but got gas instead, though the view was so breathtaking we wouldn't trade it for anything. We loved it and will be back!
