The complex itself is very nice, but whether you can sleep depends on which way the apartment faces. If it overlooks the pool, that’s fine. If it doesn’t, it’s impossible to sleep because there are businesses underneath the whole building and the noise is tremendous. The pool is quiet, but it’s the only one I know that closes at 7 in the evening in the middle of summer. The administrators are tyrants and thieves, and the president acts like she owns the place, imposing her own rules and taking as much money as she can while not paying the community fees herself. Anyone wanting to enjoy a holiday should choose somewhere else. Calpe is becoming impossible. The beach used to be the good thing about it, and now they don’t even look after that.

What a spectacular complex! The pool is large and well looked after, with lots of sun loungers, tables, and parasols. It gets sun from morning until late, and since I don’t like the water too cold, I really enjoy that. The apartment is fantastic, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I’m already looking forward to buying an apartment here.
