We were really pleased with Calperent (Grupo Turis). We mostly spoke over WhatsApp, and they were friendly and replied fairly quickly. There was no rush, but that felt perfectly in keeping with Spain. We also stopped by the office a few times. The staff were warm and welcoming in person, and much more effective than the service we're used to in the Netherlands. Every Friday at 10:00, the weekly linen change happened right on time. If we needed it at another time, one message was enough to arrange it. It's a small, personal company rather than a big commercial operation, and you can feel the care they give their guests. We're very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

We stayed in an apartment in the Zafiro building, with a lovely view of the Penon d'Ifach from the balcony. It was well equipped, with a washing machine, hair dryer, kettle, and regular coffee maker. The bed is only 1,90 m long. Grupo Turis were excellent to deal with, replying quickly and in a friendly way in whichever language you prefer. After a week, we got fresh towels and linens. When something went wrong in the apartment, we messaged Grupo Turis and it was fixed within half an hour. I can highly recommend renting through them.

I’d never booked with Turis Aquilieres before because I assumed they only handled full-time rentals. That was my mistake. From my first message until we got home, everyone there was kind, capable, helpful and genuinely caring. Martha and Mariya in the office were brilliant and so organised, and made us feel valued throughout. Everything went smoothly. I’ve visited Calpe plenty of times, but this was my best trip yet. I’ll book with Turis again and would feel confident recommending them.

We’ve returned to the apartment for a second year, and there were even some furniture updates since our last stay. The terrace view is amazing, the beach is just a very short walk away, and there’s plenty of room to relax. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the intense heat. We had a lovely time and plan to come back. Thanks for having us!
