The sea-facing balconies and loggias point southwest or south, so the sunsets are spectacular, and the beach is under 50 meters away. The building is clean and kept up, with Lidl about 500 meters off, Aldi 1.3 km away, and the center a ten-minute walk. The entrance lock was unreliable for a while, but they eventually fixed it. It feels more like a summer place, though, and the insulation is poor. December mornings in 2024 got down to 15 or 16°C. A ceramic heater seems more efficient than the reversible A/C. Noise travels too, and nearby construction sites start work at 8 a.m. Foundation piling can go on for several weeks and is very loud.
