This is a fairly new, well-kept building, with several entrances and a large garage. The location is handy for the beach and nearby amenities like the supermarket, bank, and bus stop. The street can be a little noisy. The elevators, stairs, and pool could all be improved, though overall it's a good option.

Cristine was so friendly and gave us really personal service. We had a fantastic time. The place was very clean and practical, with spacious air-conditioned rooms, a living and dining room, a balcony, and a lovely cool interior patio. The location is excellent.
