Imperial Park 03

Lovely staff, a great atmosphere, and everything was clean. Great place.

We had a great time.

The superior apartments are amazing, and we're leaving wanting to come back. The whole team is doing well, honestly. Dakota at reception sorted out a problem for us. She's professional, attentive, and friendly. One of the other receptionists also deserves a raise. The remaining receptionist seems less keen to work: when we've gone to ask her something, she's been on her phone and answered without much interest.

The climb up to the accommodation is very steep. By the time you arrive, you just want to sleep in the reception area. Parking was another major problem. The listing suggests parking is available, but the spaces are for owners, and nobody clearly says you can't rent one. Several nights I had to leave my car about a 10-minute walk away, no exaggeration. The apartment wasn't clean enough. There were spiders in several corners, and the sheets and pillowcases were dirty, which is unacceptable. They don't provide shower gel or shampoo, saying that "it's not a hotel." There are kitchen items like pans, but with cleanliness at this level, using them doesn't feel wise. The bed was low and uncomfortable, with a spring mattress. This was a very negative stay, and I wouldn't repeat it.
