We were lucky to get ground-floor apartment A-14, and everything was just right for us. It was clean, had all the appliances needed for a longer stay, and the views were priceless. This building had been on our wish list for ages, which is why we picked Benidorm for our summer holiday this year and stayed one night in Calpe. Every wall in the building is unique, and there’s a well-written guide with photos in the room. There was also a wonderful book of Ricardo Bofill’s work, full of photos of his architecture. Unlike the other apartments, this one has a sea-view patio where you can enjoy a bottle or two of Cava. The towels and sheets were super clean. The weather turned bad in the evening, so the large-screen TV with lots of subscriptions and the AMAZING surround system came in very handy. Our host, Mr.Hans, answered every message and helped us within minutes. Anyone giving this stay less than 10 disrespects both the building and the host!

Hans was a superb host, and his wonderful apartment had everything we needed. We stayed in ground-floor A14, which was a big help with our luggage. Being inside this architectural complex, surrounded by its different blocks, made the stay extra special. The weather helped too. The town and beach are just a six-minute drive away. We’d definitely come again and stay longer.

The colors and architecture are stunning. You can barely see the building from outside, though, and only residents can go in.

Hans was a great host, and we had a lovely stay at muralla roja loft. The architecture by Ricardo Bofill is fantastic.
