The staff were very nice and friendly, and for the price I thought it was very good value. The room was clean, though a little old, and the bed was fine. Fans kept it fresh at night. The bathroom and shower were very small. There was a restaurant outside on the street, but with the windows shut the noise didn't bother us.

The location was great, but the room wasn't. There wasn't any toilet paper, maybe they forgot, and nobody was at reception to ask. There were two outlets, but they were so high up that even at 180cm tall I couldn't reach them. The fan and TV were already plugged in, and the fan was broken and wouldn't oscillate.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The room was very small and uncomfortable, and could do with renovation, like the rest of the place. The reception area was a big mess and didn't give a good impression. The receptionist was impolite and barely spoke Spanish, so it was hard to talk to her. She scanned my ID without asking. When I objected, she kept scanning as if I hadn't said anything. She could have written down all my details instead of making a copy, as receptionists do at other hotels. The restaurant across the street was very noisy, and we couldn't sleep. There was no running water in the kitchen, so we had to take the kettle to the bathroom to make tea.

Just needed somewhere to stay while visiting. It was inexpensive and close to the old town, though very basic.
