4/10
The quiet location and the views were good points, but the value for money wasn't good. Cleaning was poor, and the apartment seemed to have been shut up for a while. Some appliances and furniture were dirty or broken: the bathroom door stuck, the terrace was dirty, the toaster didn't work, and the towels were very old.

The location was the best part. Everything else made my four-night stay a complete disaster: it wasn't clean, the furniture and utensils were broken or worn and badly needed replacing, the water pressure was a problem with occasional outages, and the beds and sofa were extremely uncomfortable. Not recommended. I don't know how the reviews can be so good. I imagine they manage them themselves...

The room had what I needed, including air conditioning, a fridge, washing machine, microwave, TV, hot water, and cooking utensils. I liked it and will definitely come back.
