We loved the buffet variety every night, and the hotel is in great condition. The staff were all fantastic and so helpful. Most of all, the two girls working at the mini disco made our kids’ time here incredible. Thank you both! We’re coming back, maybe on an all-inclusive stay.

The room was clean and actually quite nice, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant terrace view. But sound carried from everyone talking on the floor, and all night the corridor light came through a wide gap between the door and wall. Breakfast was really poor. The juices tasted far too chemical, and the eggs were cold.

Magaluf’s quiet end is a lovely spot, but the hotel seemed to have opened before it was ready. Painters were working on the skyexsid of our side of the hotel during our week, and the kids’ entertainment crew didn’t arrive until three days into our stay. They hadn’t had time to get everything set up, though they got on with it. Our side was cold, as were the restaurant and bathrooms, and the corridors and bathrooms smelled of sewerage. Hot food went cold quickly in the chilly restaurant, and the food quality wasn’t great. I’ve eaten at plenty of hotels, so I don’t say that lightly. The cleaning was great, though. We came during the first week of the Easter holidays, and to be honest, they didn’t seem ready for families.

We had fantastic service from Sebastian at the preferred club bar and pool, and the hotel was clean with lovely staff. The location was perfect, and the preferred club was a great extra. The only drawback was coming in the final week of the season. Some food and drinks weren’t available, which wasn’t a major problem, but we should have been told when booking or before arrival. The preferred club bar closed three days before our holiday ended, so we missed services we’d paid for. It’s a fantastic hotel and I’d recommend it, but would return at another time of the season.
