Apartamentos Ponent

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind and always happy to help. The place was spotless, with a beautiful sandy beach just a minute away. We loved it.

We were able to park on the street without trouble, and there’s also paid parking on site. The little 24-hour shop by reception came in handy for last-minute things. The location made it easy to get to nearby attractions, though trees blocked the view from most floors. Our three-night stay at Apartamentos Ponent was pleasant. The bright, clean apartment had the essentials for a short visit, and we could tell the rooms had been renovated recently from the modern fixtures and decor. The beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed in the living room was too short for a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was a bit bare, although we managed to cook our own meals. It’s a comfortable, clean place to stay, and the recent renovation gave the apartment a modern feel. Just keep the obstructed views in mind.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, though we liked having the option to prepare meals in our one-bedroom apartment. Its small kitchen had the essentials. The staff were friendly, the apartment was cleaned regularly, and there’s a nice pool. From the balcony we could see the beach, which was an easy walk away for a swim in the Mediterranean. A great family holiday spot if you’d rather cook sometimes than eat at restaurants every day.

The one thing we missed was laundry: there’s no washing machine in the apartment or laundry service at the hotel, so you have to go to a laundromat in the city center. Otherwise, this was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The apartment was clean and recently renovated, with comfortable beds and a shower that worked perfectly. The beach is as close as it gets, the WiFi was fast and stable everywhere, and late checkout is possible. The breakfast was tasty, though the choices were limited and nearly the same each day. Air conditioning had separate controls in the two rooms, and the price was reasonable.
