A lovely quiet beach is just five minutes away, and it’s only a 15-minute walk to the strip. Our one-bedroom apartment was spotless, with a really comfortable bed. We couldn’t use the pool because of the time of year, and the apartment didn’t have a kettle, but that was sorted quickly. Reception didn’t open until 8am, earlier than our planned pickup, so if we’d noticed in advance we would’ve arranged to leave the key somewhere safe in the garden the night before. It worked out anyway because the pickup was late. We’ve just got home after a lovely week and would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for a great visit.

The extra sleeping arrangement was accepted, but it wasn’t adequate. I paid €70 a night to sleep on the couch, while a bed cost €59. The couch was cold and came with only a thin blanket, unlike the proper bedding in the bedroom. The balcony door wouldn’t shut properly, making the room colder, and the heating/air conditioning rattled loudly all night, so I couldn’t rest. There was also a bad drain smell, and the shower temperature swung between warm and very hot. I know this isn’t luxury accommodation, but at this price those conditions were beyond reasonable. I reported the problems and was offered no refund or compensation, which was very disappointing. Poor value and a very unsatisfactory response to the complaints.

The room was spotless, with way more space and useful things than the pricier hotel my mates chose up the road. They paid an extra 400 euro for a “nicer” place and were fuming when they saw mine. I had a fridge, kettle, microwave, iron, and a big fridge, handy for all the drinks I had. The bed was comfier than the one at home, and the Scottish lad who helped me to my room when I was very intoxicated deserves credit, he’s a goodn. I’m convinced the bad reviews are from competitors, because I’ve got nothing bad to say. The value for money is ridiculous, and I’ll book again when I return.

For the price, the apartments are spacious and clean, and the staff were welcoming and happy to help with anything. We found the beds comfortable doubles, and the TV was adequate. We brought an Amazon fire stick for evenings and rainy days. The pool was clean and had plenty of sunbeds. There are no lifts, just stairs, and no washing facilities, which is standard and wasn’t something we expected. Our kettle had a strange two-part setup and didn’t work, but they replaced it straight away. It’s a walk to the beach, not beachfront, though from higher rooms you can see the sea through gaps in the trees if requested. This suited us as unfussy customers. It doesn’t claim to be five-star luxury, and there’s a H10 a mile down the road for triple the price. Any bad reviews are just Karens.
