Hotel Golf Beach

We had a wonderful family stay at the golf beach and thought it was excellent value for money. There was no air conditioning, but the staff went above and beyond. Big thanks to Marc.agnes .malike, who made the visit really special. The food was lovely, and our rooms were spacious and comfortable, with big balconies. We'll be back.

I stayed for three nights in July 2025, and this has genuinely been the worst hotel I've stayed in. Don't trust the old four- or five-star reviews; they don't match my experience. The rooms are very basic, and nobody cleaned ours. Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We paid £100 a night and had to use the same towel all three nights after being refused a spare. They said an extra towel would cost €25. I’d requested a double bed when booking and was told that was no problem, but our room had two singles. They said no double was available. We read that air conditioning could be arranged, but learned on arrival that it required a four-night minimum. We were left sweltering at night with the terrible fans they gave us. The pool doesn't open until 10 am. I wish I'd known all this before booking. Please avoid this place.

The staff made our stay so comfortable. Even after checkout on our last day, they let us use the pool and stay at the hotel until our late-evening flights. They also stored our cases so we could go into town and enjoy the day. The room was very clean and spacious, with a balcony and two fans, and the food was excellent. The pool was large enough for swimming lengths and getting some exercise. The hotel is in a perfect spot, close to restaurants, bars, shops and a bus stop for getting around Majorca. A lovely holiday, and I can't wait to return. I absolutely recommend it, and this hotel should NOT be a 2 star.

The location is the one good thing. We asked for a double bed because we're a couple, but were given two singles. There's no air conditioning, just a basic fan, so we have to sleep with the windows open. The bed linen hasn't been changed since our stay began, and the beds haven't been made either.
