Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca Palmanova Bay

Our studio was ideal, and the balcony looked out over the water. The only disappointment was that it had twin beds pushed together instead of the double we'd expected. The room and hotel were extremely clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and although we had half board, we only ate dinner there twice because we were busy exploring nearby. We enjoyed both meals, and the hotel food was perfectly acceptable. We'd have a nightcap on the roof terrace most evenings, taking in the sea views. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins, which made my partner's trip by itself. It was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we've had, and we were sad for it to end. We'd happily return and recommend it to couples, families, or anyone wanting an escape. The view through reception all the way to the water gave us a great first impression, and the fresh scent in the lobby added to the atmosphere. We arrived before our room was ready, but the friendly staff made check-in quick and easy. Thank you.

The free activities were the highlight for me and my four mates on our long weekend. Anna was a star, getting us up from our hungover sunbed naps to try kayaking, paddleboarding, archery, ping pong, and darts. She was welcoming and looked after our every need like we'd walked into her own home. She also gave us great local restaurant and bar tips. Anna made the holiday and went well beyond what her role called for. Big thanks to her and all the friendly, approachable entertainment staff. The rooms and facilities were spotless and pleasant, the staff were helpful, and the view was worth every penny. Breakfast kept us going all morning, so we didn't need lunch. Great food and even better mojitos. There was also a convenience shop by the entrance for snacks and water. The stay beat our expectations, and we'll definitely return next year. Honestly, couldn't fault it.

The sea view was amazing, and the hotel was clean and modernised. The kitchenette was really handy, and we thought it was very good value for money. But the aircon was completely broken and made the room hotter than when it was off. Also, the hotel has a zero smoking and vaping policy, even on balconies, outdoors, and near the pools. That wasn't mentioned before booking, and I wouldn't have picked this hotel if I'd known.

This was our second stay at Leonardo, and we had no complaints. The staff were lovely and ready to help, the views were beautiful, and the location was great, right by the center and a short walk from the beach. Rooms were spotless after daily cleaning. There was plenty of delicious food to choose from, and it kept being replenished even when we came later. Highly recommend!
