The beach, view, friendly service, and food were all highlights. We had a good holiday overall. The location and meals were 5+. The pool sunbeds were always occupied, with people leaving their things there and not showing up. Our room could do with renovation. There was mould in the bathroom, and the clima was too loud and didn't work well.

The staff were very nice, and we liked the buffet. But the apartment in the annex smelled bad and needed repairs. The rooms need some investment and freshening up.

We loved the magnificent view and were very pleased with our stay. The welcoming reception team, pleasant housekeeping staff, and excellent teams at both the hotel bar and suite bar all made us feel welcome. The suite was perfect, and the buffet had a good range of food. An extra thumbs up for the MR sign at the entrance. The snack bar was great for a quick bite by the pool. The one slight downside was the waitresses. They could be too quick to clear our plates as soon as we finished, sometimes before we'd swallowed the last bite. We sometimes wanted to go back for more, and the rush to take dirty dishes and use more water didn't seem very good for the environment. The male waiters were less pushy.

The hotel is well situated, with a sandy beach very close by. There's also a path down to the sea on the hotel grounds, where the water is clear to the bottom and the shore has medium-sized pebbles.

There was only one of everything in the room, a toothbrush, bathrobe, eye mask and pair of earplugs, even though we paid for two. The shower also had mold, and the rooms don't look like the photos. I can't really judge how hotels get their star ratings, but I don't understand why this one has four. In short...
