Tent Palmanova Hotel

At Tent Palmanova Hotel, the service felt disorganized and unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend staying there. We were told at check-in that towels and sheets would be changed every four days, but they were never changed during our stay. Reception asked us to leave towels on the floor, but the cleaning staff still didn't replace them. After several requests, we only got two fresh towels when my husband went down and the receptionist handed them to him. I asked on Friday about a late check-out. The receptionist said it was possible for €60 and that I should confirm on departure day. When I went to pay, I was told it couldn't be done because there were no rooms available. They ask for a cash deposit for towels, yet when I asked for towels to shower in their so-called “courtesy bathroom,” which is actually the pool bathroom, they handed over two without asking for a deposit. The cleanliness and customer service fell far below expectations.

I went in the off-season and got a great rate, $64 a night. For that price, this was honestly the best hotel I've stayed at. Breakfast was incredible, with churros, pastries, hash browns, sausages, and more, and the pool was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's an easy walk to the local supermarket and several beaches, and there's a nearby bus stop with service to the airport.

The location is perfect, and the free brunch until 1:30 is great. The brunch room has a modern design and a laid-back feel. The room and bedding were simple, but I had no complaints, and staff made the bed every day. Great place for the price.

The main letdown was the food. I've stayed at many Spanish resort hotels, and this breakfast and lunch buffet was very low quality. I spoke with other guests, and they all agreed. The hotel itself is nice, with a good location and lovely staff. Rooms are modern and comfortable, though small, with little space for clothes. The pool area is well maintained and comfortable for relaxing.
