The room was so tiny that two people couldn’t live there. I attached photos, with the actual room on the left and the way it was advertised on the right. It also had no air conditioning. When I raised the issue, the host said they could give me a fan and that the rest wasn’t their problem. The next day I found the Wi-Fi was unstable, so I couldn’t join my meetings. Again, instead of taking it up with the provider, the host tried to convince me it was fine. That was ridiculous, since I could help by showing the provider that the hotspot had problems. Then the host complained about having to spend time talking to me. “Nice service, good job.”

The apartment was clean and spacious, with a new kitchen, a central location, and air conditioning in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. They let me in at 1:00 PM instead of the agreed 4:00 PM, which was a nice surprise. Everything else was positive apart from the faucet aerators, which were badly clogged. I hope they see this and replace them. I’d try to book the same apartment if I came back, as I’ve read complaints from other guests who weren’t happy.
