Estival ElDorado Resort

The resort was easy for me to get around as a disabled guest, and the staff were so helpful they even helped us reach a pharmacy. We had a lovely week here with my partner. The pools were very clean, and the place didn’t feel crowded. Eating in the restaurant was difficult on crutches. There weren’t any seats reserved near the buffet, as I’ve experienced at other holiday places, so we often had to sit across the room. I had to dodge people, got bumped several times, had food knocked out of my hand, and was pushed over once. We suggested setting aside tables near the buffet for people who aren’t steady on their feet. They seemed to take it on board and said they’d definitely look into it. The beds were extremely hard and caused pain with my spinal issues.

The staff and the clean, international atmosphere made this a place we’d happily visit again. Ariana at the sports bar was a real highlight, so charismatic and welcoming. The bar staff were great too, the waiters at the graden’s restaurant were very professional, and housekeeping was kind. The entertainers were great, and we made some summer friends. The gardeners were always at work, and the large pools were clean. Everything was super clean. We loved the hotel and were surprised by how many amenities it had for a 4-star place. The food was fabulous, with lots of variety for adults and kids, and the beds were super comfortable. A few things could be better: the junior bed, spa staff attentiveness, and having towels without a deposit. Bottled water and a stocked mini-bar would have been nice, even a small welcome gift. We hope to come back soon.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. Great resort for fitness too, with lots of options and a great gym. The indoor and outdoor pools were amazing. Staff were very.

We hope to come back. The beachside location is great, and the buffet staff were extremely friendly. It worked really well for a family holiday, especially for gluten-free guests and people with coeliac disease: allergens were labelled and there was a separate gluten-free menu. The gym is small, but exceptionally well equipped for strength training for a hotel gym.
