The location right on the beach is perfect, but the apartment itself is in awful shape. The photos used by the websites and agencies look nothing like the reality, where everything is in a deplorable state. I’ve already filed a formal complaint, and absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We waited more than an hour to collect the keys at a different Rentalmar office in Salou. The rooms were dirty, the walls could use some paint, and there was a really strong musty smell. There was also noise in the hallways. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was pregnant and there was no air conditioning, which was especially awful in this year’s terrible heat. They kept the deposit using false excuses and offered nothing for the missing air conditioning. The apartment wasn’t pleasant, and the staff were odious at reception and made no effort to communicate. I’m really disappointed, upset, and felt helpless. Horrible liars and thieves. Stay away.

It’s super old, with no air conditioning or parking, and the TV didn’t work at all, not even a channel. They demand a €200 deposit and expect you to clean the whole apartment yourself, or they keep it. Disgusting experience. I don’t recommend it.
