Sol Port Cambrils

Gustavo, the Director of Sol Port Cambrils, made the stay especially memorable. He was warm and professional, clearly cared about how guests were doing, and went out of his way to make our visit great. That care showed in the team too, and everything seemed to run smoothly. The hotel is beautiful and well kept, with spotless rooms, a relaxed feel, and a delicious breakfast. Its location also makes it easy to reach the beach, marina, and other good spots in Cambrils. Thank you, Gustavo. You really are the heart of Sol Port Cambrils. We can’t wait to return.

The beds were really comfortable, and it’s a short walk to a lovely beach, with the old town not far away either. We found free parking in an empty spot opposite Aldi. The room had a small fridge, and the pool area had nice seating, though the pool itself looked a bit worn. The air conditioning was noisy at night and didn’t adjust properly when we changed the temperature. Downstairs, the bar only had one beer on tap, and it was flat and not to my taste. Otherwise, we had a very good stay, close to everything.

The service was even better than the excellent food. Lili really went above and beyond, and Fung put so much care into our cocktails. We appreciate you. Honestly, this hotel is amazing.

The food was great and the staff were so friendly, so I’d stay again, but I’d choose a different room. Ours was clean and laid out perfectly, though the shower gave us a cold one every morning and I couldn’t get the handheld shower to work. We were on the side facing a public area, where what seemed like young locals gathered for three nights with hip hop, loud talking, and very vocal dogs. Even with the patio closed, we heard it all, until 2 a.m. on Sunday. The terrace never got any sun either. One more thing, some UK English channels would be nice, beyond the depressing news channels. I’d give the room only 3 stars.
