Caprice Vell Marí Hotel & Resort

Alanna from the animation team was a real highlight for our family. She was energetic, kind, and enthusiastic with the children every day, making an effort to include them and get them excited about the activities. Her dedication made a big difference to our holiday. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere. Meals were consistently excellent, with lots of variety and something for everyone. The staff throughout were friendly and attentive too. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to families wanting a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. Thanks to everyone for making it memorable!

The buffet stood out for its wide choice of well-prepared food from different cuisines, and the hotel seemed very well managed. Our room was immaculate, the air conditioning was strong, and room service was fast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the free drinks for all-inclusive guests were excellent. The kids' club music could make the resort quite loud at times, with little way to get away from it on site. The beach and other places nearby offered a break. There were flies everywhere, though, and far too many of them. They got pretty annoying.

Alanna from the animation team was wonderful with the children. She brought so much energy and positivity to the activities, went out of her way to keep the kids involved, and clearly put a lot of effort into making sure they had fun. She was a big part of what made our holiday enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay, with excellent food choices for adults and children, and friendly staff who were always ready to help. The hotel felt welcoming, spotless, and comfortable. The transfer from Palma was too long with little ones, so I'd make my own arrangements next time. Still, we'd happily return and would recommend it, especially for families.

The hotel sits at the quiet start of Can Picafort, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. We were very happy with our stay. The spacious rooms have been newly renovated, there's plenty to choose from to eat throughout the day, and the staff are attentive and really nice. The animation team keeps the kids busy with activities all day and in the evening.
